What does Contract Shield review in a brand collaboration?
We review commercial and operational terms: deliverables, payments, deadlines, approvals, cancellations, exclusivity, penalties and image rights. The aim is to identify risks and terms worth clarifying or negotiating before you accept.
Is Contract Shield legal advice or legal representation?
It is a commercial and operational review specialising in influencer marketing. It does not include a formal legal opinion, litigation defence or acting as your lawyer. Matters requiring legal advice need a qualified legal professional under a specific engagement.
Can you review paid usage, whitelisting and Spark Ads?
Yes, within the agreed scope. We examine whether the agreement permits promotion of your content or use of your identity in advertising, for how long, in which territories and for what compensation. Organic posting and advertising permission need their own terms assessed.
What should I send for a contract review?
The complete document, annexes, commercial proposal and collaboration context, together with your questions and expected response date. We first agree a private channel. This website form is for enquiries; do not paste contracts or confidential third-party data into it.
What do I receive after a Contract Shield review?
A summary of critical points, risk alerts and terms to negotiate. Depending on the package, it may include structured comments, commercial recommendations and counterproposal guidance. Deliverables are confirmed before engagement and are not a certification that an agreement is risk-free.
Can I request Contract Shield without VIVIO representation?
Yes. It is an open service independent of Representation. It can help if you manage collaborations yourself or need a specific review. If you already have a representative, check your existing obligations before commissioning additional management work.
Does the review include negotiating directly with the brand?
Review and direct negotiation are separate tasks. Support may include comments or a counterproposal depending on the package, but contacting the brand on your behalf must be agreed. Ongoing commercial representation is assessed under Representation.
How many contracts are reviewed and do you accept urgent requests?
Volume, complexity and priority are agreed before engagement. Extra reviews or documents requiring specialist work need additional scope confirmed. Tell us your deadline when enquiring; urgency and submitting the form do not guarantee immediate availability.
